Sit + Stitch Together - Alternate Tuesdays

Our general Sit + Stitch with Josie runs fortnightly on Tuesdays from 1pm - 3pm.

Join our wonderful Josie for Stitch Together Tuesdays, where creativity flows, skills grow, and community thrives. Whether you're making something new, creating a masterpiece, or mending a favourite piece, our welcoming space is here for you.

Josie is a creative and experienced textile artist who will guide you through sticky spots in your projects or help you get started in hand stitching. As well as a having a beautiful, gentle teaching style, Josie has incredible skills and interests in quilting, applique, garment making and toy making. She is a master of colour, fabric and thread selection and placement.

Cost:  $25 per 2 hour session. Tea, coffee and a sweet treat is provided.

Bring:  Your current project and your stitching kit/bag. (A range of needles, threads, small embroidery scissors are a good start)

We can help you find supplies in store for quilting, applique, hand sewing, felt work, knitting. We will put something together that suits your project and your budget.

Bookings:  Recommended but not essential, you can come casually, as you prefer.  

We do recommend pre-booking or calling to confirm for your first session so we can update you if there are any changes to the class. Then in your first session you can choose to join our group chat so you can be kept in the loop for future classes/cancellations.
