We only sell quality products, but if for some reason you have a faulty item we will repair, replace or refund the item.
If the product you purchase is unsuitable because of change of mind, we will exchange it or provide a store credit where you return within 30 days and the product is in as-new, saleable condition.
Please note:
- Yarn must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and it must match dye lots we currently have in store. We do not offer returns for yarn wound from a skein into a ball or for cut fabrics as these are both unsaleable.
- We maintain a record of sales, however if you have not registered your details with us, please retain your proof of purchase.
- For purchases made online, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your purchase to enable us to assist you. Any return postage is the responsibility of the customer and no liability is accepted for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Where an item is faulty or damaged, please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We will pay for return postage if goods are faulty or damaged and arrange for a replacement or refund.
