Shipping Policy

Calico & Ivy ships world wide via Australia Post, with postage calculated at the check out based on the parcel weight and your location. Spend over $200 for free standard shipping within Australia!

Australia Post provides standard and express postage options, which can be selected at checkout. If you need your order swiftly, choose the express option.

Please note:

• Where bulky items are ordered, such as yarn swifts, we will calculate shipping rates manually and contact you to confirm the cost and update your order.
• We recommend selecting insurance on all international orders. We cannot be held responsible for orders once they have been lodged with our post office.
• We always endeavour to post your order as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 3 business days for processing and packing of your order.

Store click and collect

Store pickup is available at Calico & Ivy. Your order will be available for pickup from Calico & Ivy, at 4/111 Claremont Crescent Swanbourne on the same day if an order is placed before midday. Orders placed after midday will be available for collection the next day.
