Caspian Sweater Junior / Sandnes Garn Pattern

Gorgeous children's sweater, knit in either Double Sunday or Duo.  Sizes 2 to 14 years.  An intermediate knit worked from the neck down.  Starting at the back, knit down to the underarm, then knit each shoulder with shaping for the neckline joining in the centre and continuing to work down to the underarm where front and back are joined to continue then working in the round.  Stitches are knitted up at each armhole for the sleeves and the neckband is worked on stitches picked up around the neckline, in ribbed pattern which is folded double and bound off on the inside.  Techniques include short rows, cables, increases and decreases, knitting flat and in the round.
