Alvar Junior is worked from the top down in Babyull Lanett, with raglan increases and a pattern worked from a chart. A classic patterned sweater with a comfortable fit and a slightly deeper neckline at the front.

The sweater is worked from the top down in stockinette stitch with a pattern. Stitches are cast on for the yoke, which is first worked back and forth with raglan increases, while stitches are cast on for the front to shape a slightly deeper neckline. The work is then joined and worked in the round with raglan increases and pattern according to the chart. When all increases have been completed, the work is divided for sleeves, front and back, and each section is finished separately. The neckband is worked last.
