Work sweater from neck down in Peer Gynt Tweed and Peer Gynt. The pattern contains versions of both top-down and from hem-up.

From neck down:Begin with the back and work until underarms. Cont to knit up sts on each shoulder for left and right side front. Cast on new sts by neck to create and shape neckline, then join the two fronts to one. Work front until underarms. Join back and front. Cont back and front in rnds and end with ribbing. Knit up sts on each armhole for sleeves. Work sleevesin rnds and end with ribbing. Work neckband in ribbing. From hem up:Beg with ribbing, cont St-st in main color until underarms. Divide work at this point for back and front and work each part separately with pattern according to diagram. Work sleeves in rnds from ribbing up, and with pattern according to diagram for upper part. Work neckband. The model is 174 cm tall and wears a size M.
