Work dress in St-st and with double yarn in Mandarin Petit and Tynn Line from hem up.

Work dec on skirt for a moderate A-line shape. Divide work at underarms and work back and front separately and in rows. Cast off sts at middle front and middle back for a deep neckline, and work each side of front, and each side of back separately. Knit shoulder sts tog at finishing. Crochet scallop edgings at hem, armholes and neckline.
