Isager Silk Mohair

ISAGER SILK MOHAIR is with its blend of 25% silk and 75% super kid mohair a beautiful, soft and shiny yarn with a light and fluffy structure. 

It is used primarily together with other yarns, but it is also beautiful used individually or held double.   A structured pattern will not show in this yarn, unless the Silk Mohair is knitted together with another smoother yarn.

As Silk Mohair is soft and fluffy, some shedding must be expected both while knitting and wearing the finished project.  The shedding will decrease over time, but please consider which garments are worn together with your silk mohair. Isager Silk Mohair is of the finest quality with long fibres which reduce shedding. 

The new Isager Mohair colours are certified to the Responsible Mohair Standard (RMS) which confirms the mohair is independently certified to animal and land welfare standards.

• 75% super kid mohair and 25% silk
• Meterage: Balls are 25g and 212 metres
• Spun and dyed in Italy
• Care: Hand wash, dry flat
