easy :  versions without collar and with short sleeves
intermediate : versions without collar and with long sleeves which are more technical with the mini ruffle at armhole and the assembly of cuff and slit.  
advanced : versions with collar

A video tutorial explains and shows every step in the pattern, voiced in French with English subtitles. 

Skills learned/practiced in the pattern:  to gather, assemble a cuff with a slit, assemble a ruffle, a double ruffled collar with stand collar, finishes by hand stitches.
