Devonia is a beautiful blend of Exmoor Blueface, Devon Bluefaced Leicester and mixed Lustre Breeds. The Exmoor is local to the manufacturer's area in the United Kingdom and gives the wonderful springy nature to the yarn. The Bluefaced Leicester gives a beautiful soft handle and lustre and the varied Lustre breeds add the qualities of a beautiful golden lustre and fineness of fibre.
It is worsted spun at the Mill into both 4ply and DK weight. Up to 5 different pre-dyed fibre tops are spun together to produce the rich melange of colour in the spun yarn.
