A Nostepinne is a old Norwegian hand tool used to wine a ball of yarn from a skein!

Measuring approximately 28cm long it's best suited for yarns up to Worsted / 10ply weight. This tool has a lovely polished wood finish, making it great to handle and comfortable to hold.
