Stars & Stripes Workshop with Jemima Flendt - Monday 7th April

Dive in to Foundation Paper Piecing! Jemima will show you the tools and techniques needed to successfully master this method. If you have wanted to try this technique, then this workshop is the perfect opportunity to learn all that you need to become confident!

Choose from one of the two designs (pictured) and spend the day with Jemima Flendt at Calico & Ivy.

When: Monday April 7th 2025, 9 am - 3 pm

Required for this class:

• Sewing Machine  with an Open Toe Foot and ¼inch Foot
• Pattern - Stars and Stripes Workbook Edition
• Fabrics as per pattern requirements 
• Machine piecing thread
• Rotary cutter, ruler and small cutting mat 
•  Add a ¼ Ruler
• Seam Roller
• Binding Clips
• General sewing supplies (e.g. pins, unpicker, spare sewing needles – Universal size 80, small scissors) Backing and Bindings are not needed for class.

Pattterns, tools and notions and a huge range of fabric can be purchased in store, but we suggest you come in to pick up supplies prior to the workshop date - so that you maximise your class time with Jemima.
We do not stock sewing machine fittings/feet.
