Corriedale 10 ply

Great Southern Yarn started with a dream from creators Jennifer Smart and husband Andrew Wilshire to create a luxury, 100% Australian range of yarn that has been produced ethically and sustainably.

The hand-dyed range is inspired by and named after female Australian artists and their paintings, and Great Southern Yarn works with different Australian artists and dyers to create each individual colour range.

The fleece for the yarn is single origin sourced from three producers each individually selected due to their ethical and sustainable approach to animal welfare and the production of fleece.

We love this yarn for any 10ply Andrea Mowry Pattern, for the Moby Sweater and the Terrazzo Sweater by Petite Knit, Stratified by Tif Neilan and the Ilya by Caitlin Hunter.

Care: Gentle cold hand wash only, lay flat to dry in shade.
