About the author and designer
Born in Hiroshima Prefecture in 1992. Graduated from the Faculty of Education at Okayama University. Influenced by her grandmother, who was a fashion instructor, she grew up exposed to handicrafts such as dressmaking and knitting from an early age. She self-taught herself French embroidery and began creating embroidery in 2014. Her work has also been featured in "550 Useful One-Point Embroidery" (Nihon Vogue).
